Classification of wire rope pressed rigging:


The processing methods of wire rope pressed rigging mainly include the following:


1. One or both ends are processed into a ring shape by plugging or pressing.


2. Pour the cast rigging with bus alloy or resin.


3. Use a rope clamp to tighten the wire rope to clamp the rigging made.


4. Use knotting method to form jointless rigging.


5. According to needs, the rigging can be made into single-limb, double-limb, three-limb or more-limb rigging.


Use of wire rope suppression rigging:


When using rigging in workplaces such as humid or open-air environments, galvanized steel wire ropes can be used as raw materials to enhance rust resistance.


In addition to the wear and tear of the outer steel wire, the wire rope gradually breaks due to metal fatigue caused by repeated bending around the hook and the suspended object. Therefore, the ratio of the diameter of the hook or the suspended object to the steel wire rope is an important factor in determining the service life of the wire rope sling.


If the degree of wear and corrosion on the surface of the wire rope or the number of broken wires in each torque exceeds the specified value, it should be scrapped.


Wire ropes are mainly used for lifting, hauling and other transportation. This requires high strength wires and ropes. During use, it is strictly prohibited to stand under hanging objects or pass over objects.
