①--The number of strands of the wire rope.
②--The structural type of the wire rope, point contact ordinary type, marked "×"; line contact Valinton type (thick type), marked "W"; line contact Sier type (outside thick type), marked "X"; line contact Contact filling type (intensive type), marked "T".
③--The number of steel wires per share.
④--Diameter of wire rope, mm.
⑤--Nominal tensile strength of steel wire, N/mm2.
⑥--The toughness grade of steel wire is divided into three levels according to the number of bending resistance of the steel wire. Special grade: used in important occasions, such as passenger elevators; Grade I: used in various working mechanisms of cranes; Grade II: used in secondary occasions, such as binding slings, etc.
⑦, ⑧--The surface of the steel wire is galvanized and divided into three levels according to the corrosion resistance of the steel wire coating. Class A: used in severe corrosive conditions; Class B: used in general corrosive conditions; Class C: used in lighter corrosive conditions. If the surface of the steel wire is not treated, it will be marked "light" or not marked.
