Safety measures for lifting operations

1. Workers working at suspended heights should hang their safety belts securely. The use and wearing of safety belts should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Safety Belts" (GB6095).

2. During the construction process, use dense mesh safety netting to seal the building (or take edge protection measures).

3. During the construction process, effective measures should be taken to cover and secure various holes in the construction site and buildings tightly.

4. Protective sheds should be erected above entrances and exits where personnel activities are concentrated.

5. Safety technical measures for high-altitude operations should be determined in the construction plan and completed before construction. The final acceptance inspection confirms compliance with the requirements.

6. Personnel working at heights should undergo regular physical examinations in accordance with regulations.

7. If there are no maintenance facilities at the working edge or the maintenance height is lower than 800mm, main protective facilities must be installed; the height of the protective railings on the horizontal working surface shall be 1.2m, and the protective railings shall be closed with safety vertical nets, or a height of not less than 180mm shall be set at the bottom of the railings. Footboard.

8. Protective facilities must be installed when working at heights near holes and openings, including the edges of pile holes and trenches with a depth of 2m or more due to construction processes, and the edges of openings reserved for the installation of equipment and pipelines.

9. Smaller openings should be tightly covered with a solid cover, which can prevent displacement; larger openings should be sealed with a safety net or cover, and protective railings should be installed around the opening. .

10. For vertical openings in the wall (such as elevator wellheads and pipeline wellheads), in addition to protective railings or fixed gates at the wellhead, a flat net should be installed every 10m in the wellway.

11. Ladders must not be used elevated. The bottom of the ladder foot should be solid and should have anti-slip measures, and the upper end should have fixed measures. When using the folding ladder, there should be reliable tensioning measures.

12. Operators should not go up or down through the prescribed passages, and should not use construction equipment such as lift frames to climb at will.

13. When performing high-altitude operations in the surrounding air, there should be a solid footing (such as erecting scaffolding or working platforms), and safety measures such as protective railings, hanging safety nets, and wearing safety belts should be installed according to the operating conditions.

14. Scaffolding should be set up for binding steel bars and installing skeletons. Do not use any construction equipment such as lift frames to climb.

15. When pouring concrete more than 2m above the ground, an operating platform should be set up, and it is not allowed to operate while standing on the formwork or support poles.

16. Cross construction should not be carried out in the same vertical direction. The location of the lower level operations should be outside the possible fall radius of the upper level. When the requirements cannot be met, a safety protection layer should be installed.

17. When dismantling various dismantling operations (such as steel formwork, scaffolding, etc.), the upper part shall not be cleaned at the same time; the temporary storage place of materials shall be no less than 1m away from the edge.

18. Protective sheds should be set up above the entrances and exits of buildings, the loading port of elevators and other places where people gather. The length of the protective shed should not be less than the falling radius of objects with protective height.

19. Personnel involved in hoisting operations
